I've been practising Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage since 1996.I'm a member of The AoR (Association of Reflexologists) and an authorised member of the VRT (Vertical Reflex Therapy) network. I am also a Reiki Master.

I'm based in Streatham SW16 but I offer a mobile service which covers Balham, Battersea, Dulwich, Tooting and West Norwood.

Here's a brief summary of the therapies I offer:

    Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet to encourage the body to stimulate its own healing
    response to tension, congestion and disease.

    Reiki administers either ‘hands on’ or ‘remote’
    healing to promote physical and mental healing
    and spiritual growth.

    Indian Head Massage uses ancient Ayurvedic massage to treat disorders on 3 levels – the mind,
    the body and the soul.
